 About Minimize

Seventy Seven Football Club is a member of the Laguna Niguel Football Association, which is affiliated with the United States Amateur Soccer Association and the California State Association-South. The league has been established in the Orange County community for over a decade and continues to expand in talent and teams each year. The league is currently comprised of 14 local amateur men's club teams that compete on a weekly basis throughout the year.

Seventy Seven Football Club is an men’s soccer team rapidly developing into one of the premier amateur men’s teams in Southern Orange County. We are comprised of former high school and collegiate players some with previous semi-professional and professional experience as well.  Many of our players have played together  for over a decade --beginning at the youth club level and continuing through high school, college and various semi-professional teams.  We are a close group of friends and professionals that enjoy training and playing together as well as participating in other activities outside of soccer that include the players and their families. Most of the players are between the ages of 28 and 36, and are fixated in the Orange County business community and the vast majority of us have wives and children of our own. (All told, our players are fathers to 30 kids with 3 in the oven – enough to begin the next generation of Seventy Seven F.C.)

Seventy Seven F.C. was formed over 5 years ago with the goal of bringing together a talented group of men who share the desire to compete at a high level of soccer and represent the Orange County Soccer Community in a professional manner. Over the last 5 years we have posted a record of over 125 wins, 16 loses and 20 ties with five League Championships and one Cup Championship in the Laguna Niguel Football Association and we hope to continue that success in the future as we focus on developing the players of Seventy Seven and enjoying time with friends and family.

A Needed Victory - Tuesday, March 16, 2010
After a tie and a loss to our two biggest rivals 77 got back on track with a needed victory.  The win puts 77 back on track to contend for the league title again if they can continue to play well against their opponents as they begin to start playing teams for a second round.  This weekend 77 will travel to San Bernardino Soccer Complex to play against an undefeated S.C. United from the Los Angeles Municipal League and an opportunity to win the 1st Annual Adult State Cup. They will return to league play on Sunday against OC United in the LNFA.
